Spark Your Spirit Ski Retreat 2021

What will we explore?

This skiing adventure will Spark Your Spirit as you connect with nature and make new friends.  You will invigorate your mind, body and soul with unforgettable days of skiing, meditation, breathtaking scenery of the Continental Divide, crackling fires, hot tubs, delicious meals, hot chocolate, new friends and snow, snow, snow on a Spark Your Spirit Ski Retreat.

What is a typical day?

We begin each adventure-filled Wild Soul day with breakfast, coffee and conversations while we get ready or the day's activities  which will consist of group ski lessons, guided snow shoeing, transformational activities and/or time to relax or pamper yourself.

Tell me about the skiing?

Group lessons will be offered for your appropriate skill level.  In order to ensure your sucess and happiness, all beginners are required to take one full day lesson, but otherwise the lessons are optional.  If your ski level is beyond beginner, we can accommodate your skiing level in another group or private class, please let us know your preference during registration. 

Do I have to participate in everything on the schedule?

You do not need to participate in everything; you can pace yourself so that it is the perfect amount of activity for you. We fully support your decision to do as much or as little as is right for you in the moment. The schedule gives you a sense of the flow of each day. It is subject to change, depending upon the needs of the group, weather, etc. We will go over the schedule each day at breakfast.

What weather can I expect?

February in Winter Park is fairly cold, with temperatures in the low 30's to mid 40's during the day. Evenings can get pretty cold with temperatures in the teens or single digits, so we suggest bringing warm clothes.  For skiing specifically, you will need to have proper ski attire, such as waterproof pants, base layers such as long underwear, tall warm socks, waterproof ski gloves, and goggles. Skiis, ski boots, poles and a helmet will be provided for you unless you have your own equipment.

What if I am coming alone?

The majority of the women who attend our retreats come by themselves. Although you may come alone, you will leave the retreat with new, lifelong friends!  We provide an environment which is very warm and inclusive!

• If you must cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and non-tranferrable.*

• Within 30 days of your retreat, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given

*no exceptions will be granted to the above policy.*

We recommend travel insurance.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Wild Soul Retreats will be refunded. Wild Soul Retreats CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.
