You will invigorate your mind, body and soul with unforgettable days of skiing, snowshoeing, meditation, breathtaking scenery of the Continental Divide, crackling fires, hot-tubs, delicious meals, hot chocolate, new friends and snow, snow, snow on a Spark Your Spirit Ski Retreat.

What is a typical day?

We begin each adventure-filled Wild Soul Retreat day with a unique Nature Morning Meditation. Shortly following we will have a healthy breakfast to prepare us for the day's activities which will range from group ski lessons, guided snow shoeing, transformational activities and time to relax or pamper yourself.

We will be skiing so GET READY!!

The Group lesson which will be offered is for beginners. If your ski level is beyond beginner, we can accommodate your skiing level in another class, please let us know during registration.

Do I have to participate in everything on the schedule?

You do not need to participate in everything; you can pace yourself so that it is the perfect amount of activity for you. We fully support you in doing as much or as little as is right for you in the moment. The schedule gives you a sense of the flow of each day. It is subject to change, depending upon the needs of the group, weather, etc. We will go over the schedule each day at breakfast.

What weather can I expect?

February in Winter Park is fairly cold, with temperatures in the low 30's to mid 40's during the day. Evenings can get pretty cold with temperatures in the teens or single digits, so we suggest bringing warm clothes. For skiing specifically, you will need to have proper ski attire, such as waterproof pants, base layers such as long underwear, waterproof ski gloves, and goggles. A helmet will be provided for you.

What if I am coming alone?

The majority of the women who attend our retreats come by themselves. Although you may come alone, you will leave the retreat with new, lifelong friends!

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Wild Soul Retreats will be refunded. Wild Soul Retreats CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.
